WASSON-ECE Series of automatic gas sampler
Detail The Wasson-ECE Automatic Gas Sampler (AS100B) automatically samples multiple sample cylinders for analysis on a gas chromatograph (GC). Automatic sampler oven can hold 12 500 mL or 9 1 L sample cylinders at a high temperature of 135°C. The software allows users to enter sample information, adjust software parameters, record sample injection times, and create data reports. The automatic gas sampler is a stand-alone device that delivers the sample to GC via a heated bridge, eliminating cold spots along the sample path. The system performs a purge and vacuum step between each injection to minimize cross contamination (typically less than 50 ppm).
Accuracy and precision
Automatic gas sampler ensures that sample analysis is not only faster, but also more precise, accurate and accurate. In Table 1 below, you can compare the GC analysis results of 2 mL samples of n-pentane and n-hexane at 100 psi propane.
